We know the importance of fax machines, printers and copiers in today's business. We dispatch the closest service technician to your location to respond to your service call. In order to repair the problems on site and reduce your down time, our service techs replace whole (fuser..etc) component assemblies. If the repair of your machine requires the need to be brought back to our shop, and the repair will take longer than 24 working hours we will place a loaner @ no charge* for the duration of the repair work.
We respond to our customers with service contracts with-in 8 working hours. Even if you don't have a service contract with us, we can arrange for your machine service as quickly as possible for a very reasonable price. * Annual Contract Customers only

Our authorized trained technicians are ready to support you with any technical questions you might have. We will take all the steps necessary to solve your problem on the phone if at all possible. On site technical support can also be arranged.

We train our service staff with the most recent updated information so they can troubleshoot your problem before they arrive at your place of business to reduce your down time. Our service vehicles are dispatched with most parts and supplies needed to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
All new equipment bought from A-PLUS/Tri County carry a 1 year warranty when placed in our local service area* from the date of purchase, includes all parts and labor. When equipment is out of our service area, what ever the manufactures current warranty is will apply. GUARANTEED! So why would you buy anywhere else?
*Service Area
We strongly advise you to keep all the packing materials for 90 days in case we have a service problem outside our service area. You need to ship the unit back in it's original box to our service department for repairs. There is no charge for the shipping while your machine is under warranty.

In case of a service problem, you will call the manufacturer's toll free number which is provided in your manual in order to locate a service center in your area. Unfortunately, most repair centers specialize in electronic products like VCR, TV , Radio, etc. Sometimes you need to travel far in order to reach the closest repair shop to you. You might need to leave the unit there for repairs.

The 90 days warranty is the sole responsibility of the reseller and NOT the Manufacturers. (The quality of service you receive is directly associated with the reseller's broad foundation, experience & capabilities). (Ask reseller's capability, as how would they provide On Site service in your area!)
